How to create an event for your calendar
You can set up roles in which users will play in the event. We have some preset roles set up for games like WoW, and a few others. If your game is not supported, you can use the custom role manager.
- Visit the page you have your calendar on
- Click "Create Event" on the top right of the module (if you don't see this linked text, you may not have the correct permissions)
- Enter in the event details
- Click "Create Event"
- We may not be supporting your game at this time.
- Check your admin panel > games tab and make sure you have the game added to your website

- Check off "Enable event signup"
- Check off "Enable roles and role management"
- Click "Open Role Manager"
- Select "Create Custom Role"
- Give these roles a name such as "Josh's Roles"
- Click "Add Role"
- Type in each role a user might play for "Josh's Roles" - how many users can have the role - and upload an image if you'd like for the role
- Click "Open Role Manager"
