Enjin Policy on Intellectual Property

If you believe content residing or accessible on Enjin infringes on your copyright please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information directly to www.enjin.com/support/form
 
Please provide the following:
  • Contact information about you: Full name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
  • Identification of the work or material being infringed upon.
  • Identification of and link to the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location, with sufficient detail so that Enjin can find and verify it’s existence. (a link to just the website's home page is NOT sufficient)
  • A statement that you are in good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

 

After we receive notification of an alleged infringement that meets all of the requirements above,
We may:
 
  • Disable access to or remove material that in good faith belief is copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any User on Enjin.
  • Enjin will then notify the user responsible for the allegedly infringing material, that we removed or disabled access to the material.
  • Enjin reserves the right, at its discretion, to immediately terminate the account of any User who is the subject of repeated takedown notices.

If you find there is a duplicate or a 'copy', we do not remove or change the following, (unless under specific circumstances or if you have a registered trademark)
 
Subdomain names - it is first come first serve.
Site names or guild/clan names
Usernames/Display names
 
If someone is mimicking or impersonating your profile simply block and remove them from your website or follow the steps to protect your website here: https://support.enjin.com/hc/en-us/articles/200561015-How-to-secure-your-website

Enjin is not responsible for maintaining your copyrights or IP. Please contact your own legal aid or services for assistance. If we receive reports that do not have sufficient data or precise links, we will not respond to your query. Keep in mind that Enjin does not moderate or regulate the content on Enjin, and will only act on reports. To help us stay efficient, we do not involve ourselves in personal disputes or "take sides". If you send in a report about a forum post regarding recruitment that is copied from your forum, or a paragraph of text, or tag images - these types of reports will most likely be ignored. If you do not hear from us within 1 week from report, your report is deemed invalid.
